I would like to thank Milo R2 Apex Running School, Because i learned a lot from the best Coaches i ever had ...all the proper training not only in running but how to leave healthy and stay fit. Its really addicted doing all of our wasakan workouts, rain or shine must go on!!! I met good people, gained new friends and i improved a lot and i loose weight.
