We are proud to announce that XCube is now member of the Program Commitee for the workshop "Engineering Simulations for Cyber-Physical System". Commitee homepage: cse.chalmers.se/~bergerc/es4cps/ Today, complex simulations of sensors and the environment are required during the development and validation of self-driving (ADAS) vehicles to safely test the sensor data fusion and algorithms for situation-adaptive driving decisions. The workshop "Engineering Simulations for Cyber-Physical System" aims at simulative approaches to analyze, design, evaluate, and to prepare real test-runs during the development of these CPS; to enable risk-less and resource-efficient experiments to validate system functions and product families. The workshop will be held on March 28, 2014 in conjunction with the "Design, Automation & Test Conference" in Dresden, Germany. Xcube supports this workshop, as Program Commitee, for researchers, experts, and practitioners to explore and discuss challenges and opportunities from simulative resource-efficient approaches for the development of sensor-based, interconnected, context-aware, and safety-critical cyber-physical systems (CPS).
