We are proud to announce the most recent achievement of one of their Directors. Ryan Greening - who earlier this year was elevated to a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – has just passed his MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution with a Merit. He has achieved this via a mixture of distance learning with interactive webinar lectures and sheer determination. Ryan, who has been a director with the Bournemouth based Property Consultancy for just over a year now said: “The MSc has built upon my practical experience dealing with construction law and the management and resolution of disputes and provides a recognised level of aptitude in this specialist sector of the industry.” Keith Kirkwood, Chief Executive of Bennington Green and Chartered Arbitrator said; “We are so proud of Ryan. He is extremely dedicated to his job and continually strives to exceed all expectations. This is an accredited course with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and will afford a good ‘step’ to becoming a chartered arbitrator” This qualification adds to his already impressive 1st Class Honours degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying, Fellowship of RICS (FRICS), Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and Incorporate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB).
