We are seeking about 30 volunteer jurors to assist in the Public Defender Association of Pennsylvania Trial Skills Training in Carlisle on Friday, August 8, 2014. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 8:30 a.m. A continental breakfast will be available in Ridge Commons from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Afterward, volunteers will be divided into small groups to participate in jury selection exercises throughout the morning. Around noon, volunteer jurors will join the program’s faculty and public defenders from across the state for lunch as well as an opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
