We are so pleased with the high level of quality that we have seen from the many traders and exhibitors that have attended our events so far. We are delighted with the enquiries and interest that we receive now daily from new enquiries ranging from artists, wood carvers, stone masons, potters and traders in produce. We try each week to introduce new categories and of course regular visitors will see that each week some new faces of traders and exhibitors for the first time, as well as some exhibitors who support us on a regular basis. We now are proud to announce a gentleman who has gained international recognition as a photographer . . . This is David King, this is what he has to say . . . I produce my own original photographic art prints, art cards and greetings cards. The majority of my photographs are in monochrome, however occasionally I produce some in colour. The subject matter is fairly wide, from street photography to trees, coastal images and Americana. I relocated to Dorset from Reading, Berkshire in January and am hoping to make my way by selling an ever increasing number of prints (here’s hoping). I have won a Times online travel photo competition, a Panasonic competition and a while ago had a picture published in a national photographic magazine (got a bit lucky as it was the only time on each of these occasions I had ever entered a competition and I haven’t entered any since as no time or inclination to do so). Work has always got in the way of my creativity so hopefully giving up my job will prove to be the right decision.
