We are so proud of our friend Glenn Kage for all his hard work and wanted to share his transformation pictures! This is before joining our box and approximately 3 months after. We want all to see through dedication and discipline your road to being fit and healthy is possible! Glenn did not get this way from a crazy diet or surgery but just working out with us several days a week with a disciplined diet (allowing for splurge days) and staying motivated! Awesome job Glenn! Keep up the good work and continue to inspire others!
