We are ultra-modern innovative facility located at BWI Airport. We are looking for a few very special people who know how to put the client first! We wash them, feed them, love them, clean up after them, and give them lots and lots of love! The front desk attendant is the first person our clients see and hear. We are seeking a front desk receptionist who embodies the spirit and enthusiasm of STAY. What you will do: • Greet both our two and four legged clients • Answer phones with a smile • Comfortably answer client questions about STAY • Schedule daycare, overnight and training • Determining correct paperwork to be completed • Keep reception area neat and tidy, including cleaning up after guests • Give tours of facility to guests What you need to bring to the STAY play yard: • High school graduate or GED • At least one year of office, computer and data entry experience • Prefer billing/collecting experience of at least one year • Answer the phone with a smile every time • Have the ability to perform mathematical functions to determine percentage, rates, discounts, payments etc. accurately • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand fluent English • Ability to speak Spanish a plus • Must have high integrity and ability to maintain confidential information Other requirements and details: • Background check/reference check required • Hourly, competitive pay starting at $11.00-$13.00/hr • Health benefits are not included • Free daycare, boarding and baths for your “qualified” dogs based on availability • Hours: 6am - 2pm (flexible) and one weekend day from 10am – 3pm; or 12 – 8pm (flexible) and one weekend day from 10am – 3pm To apply, please respond to our ad with a note stating why you would like to work with us and include your resume: staypetjobs@gmail
