We are told not to create enemies and friends by attaching villainy and justice where it doesnt belong. This is a huge step in controlling your mind and spirit. To not fall into the trappings of suggestion by creating narratives to falsely label people and ideas. However, an even more difficult step is to not allow the suggestion of options and choices not even directly pertaining to people or anything specific to control you. Take for example the suggestion of directions, if I apply suggestive imagery of my options towards the ends of one direction, and do the same for the other direction, then I am effectively creating the same narratives just on a more subtle level. Anything, such as the repetitive image of colors, weather, people, political views, these things all affect us on the most subtle levels. Its impossible for them not to. In relation to direct interaction it is easier to see how these suggestions tell us what we are applying to other people. However, to take it even further, attempt to see how these simple suggestions affect even your opinions when you dont have directions planned. You may find yourself creating plans and taking directions you werent even thinking about. This is a massive sensory control mechanism. I will update when I figure out the extent to which these things truly affect my day to day life...
