We are transitioning to a new phone system and are experiencing issues. In the past, if you called the main number and it was in use, your call would bounce to another number. It appears that bouncing is not occurring and so the phone is just ringing and not giving a busy signal. We have reported this problem and hopefully it will be corrected soon.
