We are up and having coffee and breakfast. Hope to go berry picking today, and out to dinner tonight with Diane and Steve. Hope to get a few more reservations made today. Yesterday we made the reservation for the rental car, and also the RV park in the Portland area, and printed the travel stops for gas etc. along the way. We leave Monday, Aug 26 for Portland, and will leave Portland for Redding,CA on the 30th of August. We pick up the rental car from the Redding airport on Sunday Sept. 1. After we get it packed with the stuff from the RV; that we need to take on our trip, we will head for Sacramento. We plan to stay there until the 5th of Sept. in a motel, and then leave for Porterville, CA (to see Joe) and leave for points East the next day. :-)
