We are very proud to hear that our alumnus Michael Mendez (USA, 2013) has been appointed by California Governor Jerry Brown to the State Mining and Geology Board (SMGB). Michael will serve on the SMGB as the Environmental Protection/Ecosystems board member. This position requires Senate confirmation.
