We call on Authorities of Niger Republic, Cameroon, etc, to stop condoning the nefarious activities of insurgents, who operate across the border into Nigeria Northern villages for raids. The insurgents or terrorists, kill defenseless villagers indiscriminately. As well, they rape, adopt girls, burn houses and commit all manner of atrocities. Then, they would flee back to Niger Republic, the hub of terrorist activities in Africa. Also, they have training camps in that country. For months now, insurgents have been raiding border communities in Borno and Adamawa States: killing thousands of innocent Nigerians with impunity. Many of the insurgents are nationals of Niger Republic and Chadians. The International law barring security forces of a country from pursuing fleeing insurgents into the territory of a neighbouring country should be reviewed. It amounts to granting killer license to terrorists and their foreign collaborators. Let strong Multi-National Forces, fully equipped with military planes, flush out these insurgents in Nigeria, who take refuge in bordering countries like Niger Republic and Chad. Nigerian Government should rise up, against the hypocrisy of Authorities of Niger Republic, to the wanton destruction of lives and property of Nigerians at the border States.
