We can avoid all of the pain and suffering that comes with living in a Leftist/Fascist Dystopia (like those Soviet Chinese NAZI Napoleonic Fascist Roman Greek Egyptian Persian Mesopotamian Babylonian Royalist Empires of the past) by learning how those Oligarchies have come into existence again and again throughout History. Those kinds of tyrants take power gradually and gently by offering all kinds of goodies to those who are suffering from poverty and despair, and they cause the population to become weaker and more dependent on the temporary benevolence of the ruling class, and then the ruling class tightens the grip and becomes more brutal and draconian, and by then its impossible for the weakened population to fight back. Right now the Republican majority can gently softly and simply say No to Obamas Wish List. The Republicans can easily frustrate Obama and the Democrats and the Democrat supporters by refusing to pass that Leftist Extremist Legislation. There was a Western movie on television about 50 years ago that I saw, and the movie was about some unsupervised teenage boys who needed a some old fashioned discipline, and those boys were annoying the people of that small Western town, but the people just did nothing until those boys became more malicious and violent, and in the end it became necessary to take extreme measures to stop those brats. Right now there are some undisciplined spoiled brats (in the Democrat camp) who are throwing temper tantrums to get their way, so the Republican majority needs to stand up and say NO!
