We can watch the local business news called World Business Satellite, i.e WBS. On August 11 they reported the new KDDI built the cable with the Google, it sounded like that KDDI led the project, but Google teamed up KDDI, China telecom, China Mobile, SingTel and Global Transit. If we change the subject in the sentence, it will imply the different meaning. Once we have the doubt the news and information, we have to dig further. My source was BBC. Wait a second, I am not saying BBC is always right. I still remembered that BBC blamed Russian government involving about MH17 initially even they were not sure. Whatever the truth is, we have to have the ways to figure out what is going on the world. Initially the action takers have the reasons to do, then the incidents are happened. If we see the reason behind, we can see the different perspectives. Am I biased?
