Really proud of myself today 😊 had a horrendous nightmare, so bad that wen i woke up at 3.20am thinking i thought i was covered in blood, it brought on a massive panic attack 😩 was home alone so just had to ride it out, normally after one of my nightmares like that, im all over the place for best part of the day, but i forced myself to get sorted an go to work at 5.30 😊 wasnt 100% but didnt let it get the best of me for once 😃
