We cannot help but be reminiscent; this time last year we were in the thick of our successful Kickstarter campaign. THANK YOU for your generosity! Here are the highlights from 2014: -We went back into production to capture the 2014 @usofa Pageants including competitions for MI (Male Illusionist), MI Classic (Male Illusionists over 34 years old), and the first ever DIVA pageant! We met so many talented kings in Tennessee competing to be the next Mister USofA Male Illusionist 2014. Emotions ran high as Ivory Onyx stepped down to make way for Eazy Love as the next title holder. Landon Cider returned to the USofA pageant family (after competing just a few years ago) but this time as an expert judge. We followed Havok VD, Miles Long, and Atown Dragking in their quest for the crown and as part of an amazing and supportive brotherhood - which we witnessed time and time again while filming backstage! -We have promoted TMOAK at a variety of venues and events, and were even filmed for Ovation TVs The Art of series on DRAG! It was filmed at the August Hamburger Marys Drag King Explosion Show and at Landon Ciders home and will be debuting on cable TV in a couple months; we will keep you posted on the air date. - We welcomed NEW producers Devin Dame and Gage Gatelyn who are the Owners and Executive Producers of Master Male Illusionist as well as the National Promoters for Mister USofA MI Pageants! We continue to search for additional finishing funds, sponsorships, and would love to connect with others who share our goal. The post-production phase has begun and we are building our finishing schedule - all while keeping our day jobs. Its no secret that TMOAK is a passion project!
