We couldnt believe what we were seeing today on Cathcart street. We were walking along to the YES Shop and in front of us is a woman...she walked up the the lamp post and tore down a YES sticker in a rage and threw the sticker on the ground. Now, I think it is up to the individual what they think, but I was shocked at the anger in her. Me and Brian shouted after her, shouting, YOU HAVE JUST THROWN LITTER ON THE GROUND...WOULD YOU STOP BEING A LITTERBUG As you can imagine, this enraged her more, but she kept walking, albeit faster. I really feel for someone who has so much hatred in them that they have to behave like this. We were also informed at the YES Shop that the council are stopping people from putting any YES posters or stickers on lamposts or anywhere else that is public...Ah, what about when there is a bi election. The lamposts are covered in political party posters and often they are there for about 6 months after...vote for who you want, but this kind of prejudice is not on. One rule for all and not just when it suits the local politicians...
