We decided to run this again this year, hope everyone enjoys it and thank you for your continued support! Twas the night before Christmas and all through the place, not a smoker was smoking, not even a trace. The ashes were all shoveled, the wood was all stacked, all inventory accounted for, everything has been tracked. The work was all finished and the customers were all blessed with some good eats on Christmas without all the stress. The restaurant is all locked up and theres immediate family to see, a joyful time to share love, joy and glee. The pitmaster is sleeping with his wife helper near by, both dreaming of Spring and what competitions theyll try. The older two owners are sleeping as well with dreams of the grandkids they believe are so very swell. When suddenly they were awaken by the sweet smell of wood, was it a fireplace, a house fire or a new smoker cooking like it should? Was it a Jambo, Ole Hickory or Southern Pride, oh what could it be? Shiny and bright just what we wanted indeed! But where did it come from? How did it get here? And check this out right next to it is plenty of beer. And then there he was, so busy and jolly and all dressed in red, hes smiling and gleeming with nothing to dread. He says to his Reindeer we have more work to do, were off to Rogue Q Smokers, Charcoal Loungers, Quau and Parrothead to name a few. As he climbs on his sled he says I got your backs, best wishes for a winning competition season for Phat Jacks. And for all of our customers who support us as weve seen we wish them all a Merry Christmas and a happy prosperous year in 2015!!
