We dont even know who tried to kill Hamid Mir and he doesnt know either. It could be anyone. Speculation, rumours, accusations are all baseless. Its wrong that he got shot but it is wrong to accuse anyone without any evidence. Geo has to be fined for accusing (without evidence) the ISI because a media channel must not promote baseless propaganda against the people who stand for Pakistan when it really matters and that is the army and the ISI. Media must be responsible and ensure that speculative theories are not entertained for whatever purpose. No doubt the Geo brand has taken a massive hit by this whole incident and has lost a lot of the respect it worked hard to gain over the years.
