We enjoy so many benefits today as working men and women. Many of those benefits are being attacked today. Always remember that which is our today may be gone tomorrow. Much of what we take for granted was fought for by those who came before us. Many sacrifices were made. Many fought and some gave their lives so that we could enjoy basic human dignity in the workplace. On this Labor Day as you are enjoying your day off with friends and family please take a moment to remember these brave men and women. And please remember nothing is owed us! We must fight to keep what we have. We owe it to ourselves, our co-workers, and most certainly to those who came before us and sacrificed so much! Happy Labor Day everyone!!!
