We filmed this scene for the book launch, as well as for a future book trailer and film project. Once we saw this audition, we stopped our desperate search for an actor to play the complex Joe Bluestone character. Marco Fuller had the role. With no props, no other actor to read with him, nothing but a bare-bones script, Marco BECAME Joe Bluestone. He made ME cry, and I wrote the character! And he was magnificent performing this scene in front of a live audience! Fantastic actor with a deep well of emotions and laser-sharp focus. I was blown away. - Walker Smith.
