We found out after our son dedicated 7 years to Marriott his job was expendable after cost cutting and downsizing measures typical w most Multinational corporations who avoid taxes and squeeze laborers all for the benefit of the almighty shareholder. When will Americans wake up and realize corporations practicing tax aversions, labor suppression, unrealistic fees, and now requests for gratuity from their customers compassion, because their rulers are apparently incapable of filling this need? We where Astonished after checking in for the last time, to find we where being charged a parking fee of $15 to park our car in Marriotts lot, but yes we did. I guess adding a comparable fee for housekeeping would be unacceptable to make up the difference of less than a living wage, yet renting a parking space in another state at $450 a month avg. is acceptable to some? Soon the Waltons and Marriotts along w all Corporitistas will decide that besides paying their taxes and employees shortfall we should bow and grovel? Wake up America and realize, expecting those w less to give more creates a model we should hope was a mistake in the past rather than a return to acceptability on our latest Masters Plantation?
