We get a call from the Cool Cricket in Fieldsboro, NJ. It seems their cook needs a kidney operation and they were hoping we would come on over and play to support and raise some funds. Well, any of you who know us as Animals in the Basement aka Riversbend, know, we could not say no. So we pack up last minute mind you, and go!! Go figure, while playing the Cool Cricket higher-ups, which is a C O O L place by the way, tell us they want us back saying we have a really good selection of popular songs that sound great and our volume is normal. Go figure! Anyway, we set up outside as the inside was full of patrons eating and drinking who were spilling over outside and some dancing to our sounds. Synergy must be thanked, Bruce stayed and let me use his drums, thanks man! Anyway, CC will be lining up a date with Riversbend, keep tuned for more info on that, as we will have a bunch more songs you have not yet heard us do. Moral of the story, pay it forward. Things come back to you and even if they dont you feel good about what you do inside.
