We get a lot of questions about how our pricing works. The Givelify mobile giving app is free for donors to download and use. Churches and charities do not pay any setup or monthly fees. But processing transactions costs money, so there are charges involved. We set our fees as low as possible to ensure that accepting donations is accessible to our member organizations. Our Pricing: 2.9% + $0.30 That’s it. The formula is simple. The processing fee is taken straight off the top of each donation, and the donor gets credit for the full amount. Organizations are only charged when donations are made. We like to give easy-to-understand examples when people ask for an explanation. We decided to have a little fun around the office.
