We got Trintys test results yesterday. We already knew she had epliepsy and have the seizures under control. She had also has cognitive delay secondary to epilepsy, mixed expressive/receptive language disorder, adhd combined type, reading disorder, mathematics disorder, and anxiety surrounding academics. She will need extra help at school and outside and speech/language therapy. It was recommended she get counseling services for the anxiety and adhd. We are not looking at medications for the adhd at this time. It was brought up for if she needs it in the future. These are the main points that were discussed there is more but too much to put on here. So today I am going down to the school to set up meetings with teachers and calling her in town doctor for referrals for counseling to help with the anxiety. We have seen her have full panic attacks while doing homework.
