We got a tonne of cheap seconds strawberries so I got to work in the kitchen today. I give you strawberry pie. It looks a bit funky bc I ran out of puff pastry. It simply has a puff pastry base and sides, finely chopped strawberries. About two tablespoons coconut sugar sprinkled on top as well as a good dose of cinnamon and nutmeg. A dash (say 1/2 cup) milk of your preference and bake until golden brown. Its flipping yum
