We got this letter - resharing in hopes it will help Maxwell... "Maxwell came across my Facebook page, so I am trying to work with the shelter to get him out. He was listed at the shelter with a beautiful lab mix named Hazel but she is now tagged and confirmed for rescue! Woo Hoo!! Maxwell is currently being boarded but we are not sure how much longer. He was a stray that was taken to Ohio County Animal Shelter on June 12th, 2013. He is listed as a 2 year old pit mix. He’s great with kids but not with cats. He’s very playful and has real high energy. He is a dominate male but an extremely sweet boy. Maxwell had an adopter but they backed out at the last minute. He was on a euth list for the week of July 26th, 2013 but a boarding facility said they would take him to buy him more time. IF HE GOES BACK TO THE SHELTER HE WILL BE EUTH LISTED AGAIN.
