We had a client come in today after 5 PM. We were the FOURTH firm she interviewed. One didnt bother to let her meet with a lawyer, another sent a family lawyer to discuss her injury claim, a third gave her the run around and made her pay for her own parking. As we sat at my table and talked about our passion and compassion, she said where do I sign? Each client is a root to our tree. We cannot grow without it.
