We will have an online Social Studies Field Test in 2015, and all writing assessments will also be online. All state achievement tests will be online beginning in 2016. - I proposed a Resolution to Support the Development of New Tennessee Standards by Tennessee Educators and Community Members. It was tabled for tweeking, and will be voted on at the January Meeting. - We received a briefing concerning the REDI/TN Promise Action Plan for 2014-15. 100% of our High School seniors signed up to be eligible to take advantage of this excellent opportunity. - Work has started on the Atoka Elementary School Safe Room foundation, and on the refurbishment of the football bleachers at Covington High School. - On Dec.17th at 11:30 am, Covington High School will receive its third consecutive SCORE Award, a banner, and a check for $10,000.
