We had a good apt with the foot surgeon today. Brad has surgery scheduled for Wednesday, and the dr expects Brad Wallace to make a nearly full recovery. No marathons or runs for heart health in his future, but he will be able to play w the kids like normal again one day. The move begins this Saturday afternoon taking things from the lake house rental to the real home in Travis country; movers will be going from uhaul to the house on sunday morning. If you are in town and can think of a way to help, feel free to let us know what you would like to do. Anything from prayers, to taking the pint sized folk, to food/coffee, to lining cabinets, to cleaning furniture from where it was stored before it goes inside, to cleaning the lake house, to hauling/moving stuff...there is much to be done if you have the heart, time, and able body to do it. And thank you for simply thinking kindly of our family this year and for any encouragement you have offered any of us this year. All 5 of us have been so blessed this year through all the trials, but we are so looking forward to being back sleeping in our beds, surrounded by our things, safe and secure in our home. Thank you.
