We had a great morning at our New Years Day event. About 20 go-getters for Insanity started their day with a groggy warm up and then once they woke up, look out! They worked HARD! Then about 15 more hard-core, cold weather runners showed up for our fun run/walk. We had some prize winners! Anthony Brinkman won a P90X3 DVD, R&R recovery shake, and a free KJ P90X class, Candy Opel Theiles Kylie won E&E, Jessica Mehringer won Shakeology, Paul Wahl won a punch card, Jane Buschkoetter got two P90X bars, and Tammy Dick a Fit Together tank. We also offered RIPPED at the same time as the run/walk because not everyone wants to freeze their noses off and about 10 people worked out with Lisa Flamion! We ended with PiYo for some strength & stretching. Awww, that hit the spot along with the coffee, cider, Shakeology balls, popcorn, cheese, olives, hummus, and crackers. Um, did I eat all of that !?!? Congratulations to everyone who made today a healthy start to 2015!
