We had a pretty good day around here. Mike felt better enough to be up for a few hours and even ventured outside. He may have overdone it a little. Hes been in bed hours already. It was nice to see a little of his real self today though, made Mommas heart happy. Jesse and James worked with us outside and our friends Heather and Jack were a great help once again. I missed Stephanie, her job really cuts into family time. :( I moved only 10 compressed bales of alfalfa and rode briefly and my back is a little ticked off about it. But you know what? It was worth it. ♡ Thomas and Mariah spent the weekend and they hung out with Mike while we ran to Nikki and Shanes and dropped off their bobcat this evening that they very kindly let us use here on the farm for the past few weeks. I got tons of much needed time to love on the outside animals. I try to touch them all every day when doing chores but lately I havent taken enough time to remind them how loved and appreciated they are. The dogs had a fantastic time playing and finding sticks and balls for us to throw. I dreaded going out for the day as cold as it was, but I dressed for it and really enjoyed myself. Tonight my jaw locked up for not very long but it sure hurt like a bugger. I gotta break down and take a few days and get it fixed... not an idea I relish right now. I humbled up and took another approach at another situation this morning. But it didnt change anything as of now. Praying to God for peace, patience and wisdom. Im kind of excited to get to bed so I can sleep and get started on tomorrow. Sleep tight my friends. Sweet dreams.
