We had a tough game today but the boys pulled it out 7-0. I always feel bad when its over and we dont play everyone. Then I watched the movie Rudy -one of my all time favorites and it reminds me what its means to be on a team. Rudy was on the practice squad for I think 2 years at Notre Dame, never dressed until the very last game of his career and played exactly 2 plays. And it is the most awesome story because it is true. I met him when he gave a motivational speech in Garden Grove some years back. I played maybe about 3 or 4 plays my freshman year so I can relate. Its the journey and the commitment that you never forget-not how many touchdowns you scored. ITs the brotherhood and love for each teammate and the love of the game. We WILL get better for our next game. Im proud of my team and love all you guys-GO ARGOS
