We had a wonderful time tonight at the Light the night walk. Its always an incredible experience to be surrounded by so many who have been touched by cancer too.. all working together to help find cures! Heard so many heartbreaking stories about family members lost, and its absolutely inspiring to see them out their walking to help find cures for others! EVERY day is a gift, and not promised to any of us. It feels me with extreme gratitude that Dryden is still here with us. Its because of funds raised, and research done that my daughter is a survivor. But tonight we didnt only walk for Dryden, we also walked for my sons step moms mother who passed away from Lymphoma, we walked for our friends fighting, our friends who survived, and our friends who are looking down us, and we walked for all the people who are finding out at this moment that they have cancer, and those who will in the future! Hopefully one day there will be a cure for all cancers. But, until then well continue to help fund research!
