We had some fun on the dyno last night! Up to this point no one has been able to make power without using a substantial amount of meth to provide the extra fuel. While it works it is far from safe/reliable. MOTIV set out a year ago to bring a reliable, efficient, and powerful solution to the BMW platform. The following numbers were made using a mixture of 5 gallons of 93 octane gasoline and 5 gallons of e85. This equates to a mix of approximately E48. Through the use of the factory Direct Injection and the MOTIV PI-1000 Port Fuel Injection Kit we were able to hit 705whp and 680wtq at only 30psi using the MOTIV 750HP Kit powered by a 3586. This turbo is still not maxed out, but everything MOTIV releases will be safe, reliable, and repeatable. Therefore our results will never be representative of an aggressive tune.
