We had some fun praying for this couple at the same time in Sydney recently. The husband had damage in his shoulder tendons from sporting injuries and felt pain in raising his arms and the wife had pain down her back from a disintegrating spine. The couple were sitting behind Julie and she heard the wife say that her husband always gets healed easily after prayer, but that she doesnt, so Julie encouraged her to change her confession and to stir herself up to be healed that night. God touched them both at the same time and took their pain and restriction away. We like a bit of humour in our meetings as it helps people to relax and receive more easily from God, but its also important to check your attitudes as you come up for prayer and not let past experiences or disappointments set your mind to believe that you cant be easily healed by God, because you never know when your breakthrough will come.
