This position requires a BS in Civil Engineering or related field with EIT registration. Water/Wastewater Engineer SGM, Western Colorado’s leading civil engineering firm, specializing in water/wastewater systems planning and design, is currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Water/Wastewater Engineer to join its Drinking Water Team in Glenwood Springs. SGM endeavors to provide innovative, practical solutions to its Western Colorado clients while promoting the health, safety, and welfare of its local communities. The successful candidate will, at a minimum, possess an EI certification and a BS degree in civil, environmental or chemical engineering. 2+ years of professional experience in the water/wastewater industry, especially treatment facility design, is preferred, but not required. Excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong desire to live, work and play in the Rocky Mountains are essential.
