We have a 2 bed semi in South Wales close to the sea and surrounded by mountain views and stunning walks. Our home has a fully fenced garden to the front side and rear with a driveway. On entry to the house is our porch with space for shoes and coats that then leads into our lounge. The lounge is newly decorated with wooden flooring and measures 15 x 14 6. On the rear of the property is the kitchen/diner that is newly decorated and again has wooden flooring with a breakfast bar at one end and measures 10 x 15. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has been re decorated with a new over bath shower and black/white checker flooring. On the landing is the airing cupboard with shelving. The first bedroom is newly decorated with cream carpet and measures 8 6 x 10. The main bedroom has been decorated and measures 15 x 13 6 but would need new carpet. Our housing have in the last 12 months have fitted new upvc windows and doors, new fencing and a new shower. The gas central heating system was put in 3 years ago. The village has great bus links with a bus stop 1 min from the house. The 2 primary schools, doctors, leisure centre, takeaways, pubs, library and shops are in easy walking distance. We need a 2 or 3 bed house or ground floor flat either in milton Keynes Keynes or within an hours drive.
