We have a Volunteer’s Lunch coming up on 15 December 2013 – venue is Scouts Hall (Les Atkinson Park) 462 Beenleigh Road Sunnybank QLD 4109. This picnic is joined with the Seniors who will have their annual Christmas party. The idea of the Volunteers Lunch is to invite the people we the team would have had helping us and the GAQ at any of the events in the last 12 months. The people who help us are very helpful in ensuring the success of the event – as always shared burden halves the workload. On the day we will thank them and encourage them to join us on a regular basis or even better join the Committee.
