We will examine many avenues, some you might not have considered: blogging, magazine articles, novels and non-fiction books! We will look at selling your work and entering into contracts with publishers. Agenda: Week 1: Blogging – setting up a blog, how to make money from blogging. Social platforms (e.g. blogs, facebook and twitter) – why they matter so much. Writing for magazines and ezines – how to write articles that fit the market, and how to pitch your idea to a publisher.
