We have a piece of very good news for animals of Langkawi, Malaysia. Our island musicians 9 Lives Band is organising a musical event on Nov 2 which will feature 26 musicians from Kuala Lumpur who will be volunteering their talents to raise funds for LASSie. They hope to have it as an annual fundraising event for Langkawis animals. 100% profits from ticket sales will go to LASSie and will mostly be used for our ongoing spay and neuter campaign to reduce the number of strays on the island. 9 LIVES are seeking last mile funding to cover event logistics. Any amounts are welcomed. Should the donation monies received exceed the cost requirements, the excess will be added directly to the total event contribution for LASSIE.
