We have a room available in our flat of 4 females in Glenfield - real close to the mall and right next to bus stops into city. Rent is $100 plus expenses (roughly $25). The room is pretty small but comes with a double bed, has room for a dresser and storage in the wardrobe which is half shelves and half rail to hang clothes.
