We have an opportunity for a Technical Manager in a Chemical factory, based in Germiston, Gauteng. The Technical Manager would report to the Site Leader and be the site 2IC. Main responsibilities include: To manage the QC laboratory including SABS quality systems. To manage the environmental management plan/system. To monitor the technical performance of the chemical plants and take the lead role in problem solving to ensure adherence to performance standards. Requirements include: Minimum of HND in analytical chemistry. 35+years of age. 10years experience in the chemical industry. The client is a leading manufacturer in South Africa, manufacturing Food Acidulants, Phthalic and Maleic Anhydrides (PA and MA) and Plasticisers.
