We have been trying hard to keep this a secret until it was official, and now it is official.... Heather and I are now the happy owners of the Magnolia Lode gold mine and over 10acres of land surrounding it deep inside the middle of the national forest in the Snowy Mountians, The land sits at about 10,700 ft above sea level and includes a beautifull meadow, a beautifull lake, a steep ridge, and heavily wooded areas. and next spring we are building a large and small cabin on the edge of the meadow for some time away from civilization.
