We have been working alongside the BBC’s Good Food magazine and are pleased to announce that the August edition has a dedicated section on gluten-free. What’s more, the magazine has implemented a new guide throughout the publication which highlights when a dish is gluten-free and when some of the featured dishes can be altered in order to make them suitable for gluten-free diets.
