We have been working on a project in White Bear Lake, Minnesota for a client with a unique guest house built in 1900 or so, overlooking one of the area lakes. The structure has undergone several advancements by us, such as a new subfloor to level the space, re-enforced trusses, we created a vapor barrier between the existing dirt floor and the living space using plastic and Icynene Insulation. We added a Marvin Windows and Doors sliding door facing the lake, reclaimed skip planed oak floor and reclaimed beams from Manomin Resawn Timbers and today we received our shipment of Dura Supreme Cabinetry with a custom glazed and distressed color.
