We have decided to officially cancel the reunion scheduled for June 29th. Instead Danielle E Barnier will be taking over the planning and will be organizing a reunion for our class in August. We would like to thank everyone who RSVP’d and sent money. If you sent money it is being returned to you via mail. Although we had decided not to have it at Field Days we were in the processes of trying to find an alternative location that would work. Ultimately the date and the cost was the issue which we apologize for. When we booked Field Days it was the only available date. When we originally began planning the reunion we tried to plan an event that would have all the basics (food, entertainment, indoor and outdoor space) at a reasonable cost. We figured people would much rather pay $20 for a nice completely put together event rather than have to worry about bringing food, entertainment, etc. The combination of the money and date just ended up not working. We will be giving all of the information that we have acquired (addresses, name changes, etc) over to Danielle unless anyone objects. If you do not want your information passed on please pm me ASAP. Once again, we are sorry that things did not work out for the event we originally planned and hope that the gathering being planned for August will work better for people.
