We have failed as an Ummah. We have been led astray from the Quran - TopicsExpress

We have failed as an Ummah. We have been led astray from the Quran and Sunnah and as a result we are divided and weak. The situation in Syria, Gaza, Palestine, Libya, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Burma and everywhere else is a reflection of this. Our so-called rulers and leaders are silent in the face of genocides and wars and the people helpless and forgotten. We need the patience and gratefulness of Prophet Noah. We need the submissiveness and righteous character of Prophet Ibrahim. We need the kindness and nearness to Allah of Prophet Isa. We need the faithfulness and penitence of Prophet Moses. We need the truthfulness and trustworthiness of Prophet Joseph. We need the knowledge and judgement of Prophet Solomon. We need the love, mercifulness, devotion and guidance of Prophet Muhammad. May Allah (SWTA) have mercy and bless all the Messengers He sent down to us to lead us to the straight and true path. The solution is clear. Let there be no uncertainty - we are the greatest Ummah. When will we realise this and act upon this? Or are we going to be like those Allah destroyed before us - arrogant, ungrateful and led astray? Allah (SWTA) does not burden a soul more than it can bear (2:286). Allah has promised to test us - “And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits…” (Qur’an, 2:155). But if we remember - “Say: ‘Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allâh has ordained for us’” (9:51). Are we worthy of our greatest test? We have the best examples before us and we have the Quran and the Sunnah. And We have certainly presented for the people in this Quran from every [kind of] example - that they might remember. (Surat Az-Zumar, verse 27) SubhanAllah lets be the Ummah Allah (SWTA) loves and wants to elevate in His ranks in Jannat-ul Firdous.
