We have had THE WORST week EVER with TIME WARNER cable!!!!!!!! We finally have new neighbors downstairs... they came out to connect services for them but DISCONNECTED US TO CONNECT THEM!! FOR NO REASON. So I called... she said it just happened to be that there was an area outage and EVEN THO the new peoples got connected right before... it was a coincidence. (YEAH RIGHT!!!!!! I ALREADY KNEW BETTER!!!!) WHATEVER. so they fix the area maintenance issues and GUESS WHAT?! DUH. WE STILL DONT HAVE SERVICE. SO... they send one tech out who says we ARE connected. There is no problem. However... didnt discuss ANYTHING WITH US. So again... ANOTHER DAY we have NO PHONE, CABLE OR INTERNET yet they tell me that our services SHOULD BE WORKING AS IT SHOWS THAT ON THEIR END yet ITS NOT. We schedule a tech to come out AGAIN and he brings this box to hook up inside the house only to discover THE GOOF THAT HOOKED UP THE NEW PEEPS DISCONNECTED US TO CONNECT THEM.... and the dumb red neck blonde ALREADY TOLD them THAT. So... HE RECONNECTS US... didnt have a work order for them yet... they had to call and schedule their own appointment again... they came out YESTERDAY AND TO NO SURPRISE TO ME... DID THE SAME BLASTED THING YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I had ALREADY said to customer service it would happen again... they assured me it wouldnt. SO I called... complained YET AGAIN. .. said we would be reconnected Thursday by 5 with NO PROBLEMS. DIDNT MATTER THAT WE WOULDNT BE HOME. IT WOULD BE FIXED WHEN WE CAME IN THIS MORNIN. TAKE A WILD GUESS WHAT WE CAME HOME TO. ANYBODY?!?! TIME WARNER CABLE SUCKS BIG NASTY DISGUSTING ROTTEN BOOTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
