We have mentioned many times how blessed BMATS is with the members of our administration, faculty, and staff. This morning another example of excellence on our staff has been brought to our attention. Jacob Gucker, BMATS Assistant Librarian, assembled and published a guide to Ancient Biblical Manuscripts Online in Libguides. Since its publication last spring, this guide has been accessed and used as reference material by people all over the globe. In the fall, James White of Alpha Omega Ministries visited our campus and, after having seen the guide and its value for research, posted a reference to it on his blog, which is also viewed daily by people worldwide. The posting on aomin.org is quite complimentary! Excellent Online Resource - While I was in Texas recently ... I spoke at the BMA Seminary and met Jacob Gucker. I had run into Jacob’s work on the web, and wanted to let others know about his Biblical Manuscripts materials, available here. Good work Jacob! Thanks!
